SAMBURU RIVERSIDE CAMP SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Samburu Riverside camp is located inside the Samburu National Reserve on the Ewaso Nyiro River, its 19 km from Archers Post, Marti Lgirgir plateau is 15 km away from the camp, the camp offers a garden as well as the natural environment with very little interference to the bush and its inhabitants. Samburu Riverside camp is a home to birds, mongoose, vervet monkeys, tortoises, elephants and among others. It is a mid- range accommodation (3 star), the camp has attractive an interesting shaped view of the hills, park elephant and the surrounding areas, while travelling to the camp you can either use the air or the road transport which takes you about 2-3 hours’ drive from Nairobi to the camp and 45- 50 minutes’ flight from Nairobi to Isiolo airstrip then 5 minutes’ drive from airstrip to the camp. The Camp in Samburu, you will be on the river walk, just a 1-minute walk from the Buffalo Springs National Reserve and 6 minutes by foot from the Nyiro Bridge, this campground is 4.1 mi (6.6 km) from the Koitigor Hill and 5.3mi (8.5 km) from Samburu National Reserve.

Accommodation.
Samburu Riverside camp offers 8 very private tents, each with outside seating area, double beds, and comfortable beddings, private showers and the toilets. Also requests for the triples or four people sharing, full board rates include accommodation, three home- cooked meals each day, and the early morning tea and coffee served either at the tent or in the dining area. Half board rates include breakfast and dinner.
Restaurant.
The camp restaurant serves delicious type of meals both local and international meals that meets the guests’ appetite, the breakfast in the garden, lunch and the different courses of dinner in the main building served by the well trained personal also Bush dinners are served. As you enjoy the breakfast in the morning sunrise, bush lunches are also served.
